Course access
The first two chapters may be available as a preview. Full course access is required to finish the course, take the final exam, and request a certificate.
Accounts and recovery
You can start without creating a traditional signup account. The app uses a local profile ID, and a backend profile credential when sync is configured. If you change devices, support-assisted recovery may ask for identity details before linking records.
Purchases, restores, and refunds
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests go to the store where you bought access and follow that store's policies. If paid access does not unlock after purchase, email support so we can help verify or restore it.
Final exam and certificate
After purchasing full access, completing the required course content, and passing the final exam, confirm your legal name and mailing address in the app to request a certificate. Once details are verified, we print and mail within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery is by USPS after it ships. Optional overnight shipping may be offered at certificate request. Certificate mailing is included with purchase.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, date of birth, mailing, certificate, and support information when asked. Use the app for its intended learning and support purposes.
